I.  Spring classes begin April 1st.  Registration for Spring 2024 classes begins on Tuesday, February 20th at 7am.  I have instructions and a video about registration for classes at Anne Arundel Community College. CLICK HERE   

II.    I have an ongoing Chair Yoga class sponsored by the Anne Arundel County Department of Aging and Disabilities through the Annapolis Senior Activity Center. No registration is required. The class is free. The only limitation is that the class is for people 55 years and older.  (Also, the maximum number of attendees is 100.)

Here is the schedule for the remainder of winter 2024 quarter and the spring 2024 quarter.  Classes are Mondays, 11:00am to noon eastern time.

III.  Videos

1. Here is the video of my morning yoga routine as of August 2022.  The video is 41 minutes long and contains the “20 seconds” version (the routine can take 30 minutes to an hour depending on how long I hold the postures).  The video is a bit rough because it is the first I’ve created wholly from scratch.
