I.  AACC Spring classes begin April 7th.  Registration for Spting begins Tuesday, February 18th at 8am.  I have instructions and a video about registration for classes at Anne Arundel Community College. CLICK HERE   

II.    A Zoom Chair Yoga class sponsored by the Anne Arundel County Department of Aging and Disabilities through the Annapolis Senior Activity Center. No registration is required. The class is free for members of Anne Arundel County Senior Centers.

Here is the schedule for the remainder of winter 2025 quarter and the spring 2025 quarter.  Classes are Mondays, 11:00am to noon eastern time.

  • February 3, 10, 17, 24 We DO have class on Presidents’ Day
  • March 3, 10, 17
  • April  7, 14, 21, 28
  • May    5, 12, 19 (No class Memorial Day, May 26)
  • June   2, 9, 30  (No class June 16 or 23)

III.  Videos

1. Here is the video of my morning yoga routine as of August 2022.  The video is 41 minutes long and contains the “20 seconds” version (the routine can take 30 minutes to an hour depending on how long I hold the postures).  The video is a bit rough because it is the first I’ve created wholly from scratch.
